She is also Specialized in Executive and Career Coaching, Mentoring and a Facilitator of the Instrument MBTI Step I™ and Step II™ – Myers Briggs Type Indicator ®.
She holds a Business Management Bachelor Degree (Universidade Federal de Uberlândia) and has a MBA in Finance, Audit and Controllership by FGV in Brazil.
Her own international career was built through 16 years in big multinational companies such as Monsanto, Cargill, PepsiCo and Gallo Azeites, in Senior Leadership roles of various areas of Corporate Finance, both in Brazil and USA.
In 2017 she launched her own human development and coaching business, having more than 6 years of experience +300 leaders and executives from different sectors and companies such as Bayer, ABInbev, J&J, PepsiCo, Apple, Cargill, Gallo, JimBean, Disney, Corteva, Basf, EY and SAP, in Brazil and USA.
